These terms govern access to and use of Karybase by organizations, account owners, administrators, members, and invited users.
Acceptance
By creating an organization, activating an account, or using any Karybase workspace, you agree to these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
Organization responsibility
The organization owner and authorized administrators are responsible for workspace configuration, user access, billing choices, and the content or records stored in the service. You must ensure that anyone you invite is authorized to access the relevant data.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform performance, security, or availability.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans, add-ons, and usage-based services may renew automatically unless cancelled. You authorize Karybase to charge the payment method selected for the applicable organization in accordance with the pricing shown at checkout or in billing settings.
Data and service protection
Karybase may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the platform, investigate abuse, respond to legal requirements, or address non-payment, security incidents, or material violations of these terms.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
